for 2nd week running, the itemised e-mail receipt does NOT add up correctly. I raised this with them in 3 phone calls and a chat with the driver last week.
in all probability, the amount under "total" will be correct for the items delivered BUT the receipt should also match what was delivered.
The online version of my itemised delivery has 2 more substitutions and 4 more items than the email and the difference is about £20.
Whilst I'm not technically being overcharged, it's wrong on many levels ... could even be called a data-breach as it's very likely it points to major issues with their IT.
So, in brief, this morning's call to them stated all the above plus gave them 1 hour to issue a corrected email receipt.
After that, I will request refunds for any items not listed on the receipt.
Will I be guilty of theft ?
Look at it another way ... if I was walking out of the physical store with e.g. a box of eggs, a litre of milk, a loaf of bread and 3 bottles of wine that were NOT listed on my receipt, what approach would the security guard take ?

If you’re not being overcharged I can’t see why you’re so wound up about it tbh.
If it annoys you so much, just don’t shop there, problem solved.
so when you get a D3/D4 back from the dealer and it says "fibre washer - £1625.47 + vat @ 20%", but you're under the impression they did a 7-year service, you'd be ok with that ?

The M5 between J2 and J1. It has a 60 mph speed limit due to “environmental concerns”. Is it blocks - it because when it was resurfaced 2 years ago they it up so badly that to drive at anything over 60 is almost vomit inducing as the surface is so bad.
And somebody got paid for it - I’d want my money back.

Bit of levity, not annoying, just intimidating, my 6’ tall, 21 year old sons girlfriend. She’s 33 years old and 6’ 3” tall in her stocking feet. When she wears heels, I get a neck strain and I am the same height as him. I call her High Tower when she’s not in the same room. Think she eats Weetabix too.

Don’t think she’s into LRs. I hope not anyway.
I’d put a photo of them both up, but if she disagreed, I’d get a doing.

Go on, put up the pic. She’ll never find out and if she did we’ll have a whip-round to get you an upgraded room on the ward!

Cleaning out the shower tray and in particular the shower drain. Long hair and hair product gunk - yuck. There’s only one person that uses that particular shower and it ain’t me!
Buster bathroom unblocker is pretty good for that. Leave it 30mins and rinse and usually clears out the assorted beard debris, chest hairs and any incriminating long hair that doesn't match SWMBO's hair colour I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

No, nothing incriminating, I can get into enough trouble without that complication.
I’ve done the shower now, but will give it a try next time.

Openreach or their navvies . Have been here for months or years off and on. So today pavement dug up and they have the cheek to dump their barriers, signs and assorted gubbins into my hedge and line it of with barriers. Watch this space.Once you have defeated the idiots any job is half done. Pity there are so many idiots to defeat.
