Cyclists who think they own the road!
Just encountered a cyclist on a narrow country lane, cycling towards me, he rode past a pull in leaving nowhere for me to go, then gave me the bird! What did he think I was going to do? Disappear 2.7 tonnes of metal into the hedge!
Edit: Just got the photo off the camera

Just re-taxed my old banger of a Jazz (hope she doesn’t hear me) after 6 months of her looking pretty on the drive, £145. Good old bangernomics, she costs the same per month to run that the D4 was per day.
And no crank worries.

I do have to be careful at the pumps, this is my first petrol main car for almost 20 years. But high 40s/low 50s mpg more than makes up for it, as well as the cheaper price of unleaded.

Just maybe though, just maybe, I’ll get a new Defender 110, nicely kitted out for £39,999.99 🤪🤪23.5MY Defender 90 X-Dynamic SE D250 MHEV Pangea Green
