Common enough for mine to be one. If it's happened to you the it's far too common, no idea what the absolute numbers but it's a game of risk vs consequences. Small risk but big consequences, for me it was the car being stripped and off to the scrapper.

Hi All
I changed my battery which helped but am still having issues starting when it's cold. I've video'd the start yesterday when was 0 degrees.
It seems to happen more when it's cold.
I've had someone test the glow plugs and they have said 3 of the 6 are working so wondering if this could be the issue before a garage charge we the world to investigate.
Thank you all in advance

10 seconds!
Try and get another 2 GP's working if you can.
Rear passenger one is best left alone

I don't know which ones are bad but I hear the rear passenger one is a tad expensive to change over..... manifold off or something I hear.
Would you guess its the glow plugs?
Once it's started you can turn off for a bit and will fire fine the next time. Just seems to be overnight when cold....

glowplug problems show themselves up at 0°C or below.
your dash was reading -2°C
So if its only a problem around 0°C, yeap glowplugs.
I'm sure a few D3 owners would be happy to be as good as that though!
I guess it depends how cold it gets where you are, and how much you depend on the car.
