It's the hydraulic valve adjusters sticking, usually caused by the wrong engine oil being used, I would try changing the oil and filter and use a recommended thin grade oil. I would also fit a temporary/permanent oil pressure gauge to see what oil pressure you have, does the oil light go out emediatly the engine starts or is there a delay?
 It can when others can't,
It will when others won't,
It goes where others don't.

Also check the tensioner on the auxiliary belt, as they can be very rattly when worn, you can sometimes see it vibrating around when the engine is running, by putting a torch through the gap in the fan shroud and taking a look.

Recently changed mina and noticed a drop in engine rattle and also started to run with 2 stroke in the fuel and seen a reduction in injector noise.
 Must stop buying shiny toys....

Am doing oil change and filter with a flush through tommorow and no oil light goes out straight away once started

I could be wrong but that sounds like injectors to me, remove engine cover and refit oil cap, start engine and get your biggest screwdriver and place the end on each injector in turn and put your ear to the handle, you will be surprised at the noise.

Has the engine cover still got its foam on the inside? there should also be heat proof blankets over each bank of injectors.

Did think of that but would the noise still go once warm
