Got some free time and managed to fit mine
Being as I have a hidden winch and I wanted the led bar low down , Iv made it swing away .. so can access the winch if need be
Not keen on the number plate solution at mo
On full beam with a switch inside the cab to isolate it if need beG4 Gone ...but not forgotten

I've had one on the front of my car for 3 years wired to the main beam.
It has passed 3 MOT tests with no problem. One tester even asked me where I got it so he could get one.

Single lamp is ok but if you class it as multiple pairs there is no minimum distance apart..
