Hijacked thread (sorry Barn1e)
I'll start a new post in a sec if I cant find an existing one. If someone has a list of sensibly priced spares/fluids/other than obvious tools etc. (not Euro requirements) to take on holidays I'd be interested.

I was going to say go over pretty much empty but prices of diesel in France seem to have gone stupid!!

Indeed - It was cheaper to fill up over here than France yesterday - the cheapest basic diesel was €1.35 over there.

Just had a look at a few random autoroute prices on the Fuelo app, top (but not by much) was €1.579/£1.38 so on a par with our motorways. Not that I do mway fuel. Will make the most of German (€1.159/£1.01) & Polish (PLZ4.65/£0.965) fuel before Sweden.

Should get to Reims on the rest of tank of fuel so can avoid motorway prices. 2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.
