Not been on one of these in a while It's a bit of a walk to the centre so 2 Euros each return is great.

Hope the pictures in it are in color... the D3 manual I have is greyscale and it’s quite difficult to decode.
Left Luxembourg this morning and travelled 7 hours and have covered about 400 miles down through France. All toll free We are now on a camping municipal in a small village called Le Donjon.

I’d be more worried about the first step out of the tent. It’s a biggy if you miss the ladder!!

Great thread. Keep pictures coming. Bringing back memories of my retirement trip earlier this year.2005, TDV6 S, Auto, 190k miles, owned from new, V8 Brake Upgrade, Nancom Evo, RLD protector, BAS EGR blanking & Remap, separate ATF cooler, changing all the fluids ahead of time.

Just pulled over from the motorway near St Flour ( still toll free ) to have lunch at a picnic site. We are going to make Millau today instead of tomorrow as we have made good time. Staple diet of Ham and tomato with today’s special of salami You don’t get this on the M6

It was a full one this morning Stephen. If I had left that in I would have drowned when I reopened it
Anyway last push now ( about 130 miles ) to Millau where we will stay for 5 or 6 days before going over the Pyrenees into Spain next week.

Very much so Ray
We have now arrived in Millau and set up camp for the next 5 days or so. We will use it as a base to do a bit of walking.
Hour and half later plus a few pints of sweat (Hell its hot)
So far we have covered 920 miles of driving from Burnley and 800 of that since we got off the boat in Belgium on Tuesday. We have an average of 30.2 on the lie o meter which if you use it as a guide I was getting 26 with the other tyres (Duratracs) and RT on. It has been a trouble free drive down and I will join the 170,000 mile club whilst on this little European jaunt.
Right tea time, pork chop and salad plus a cup of PG. Au Revoir The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything;

Looks good, brings back memories of drives in Old Dee down to Pyrennes for week of off-roading. Happy days indeed.
