Very possible. Mine is a 2013 with 63000 miles. Unless I missed the option! I’ll have another look later.

Spoke to ALA today and they confirmed the limits are because of the age of the car. Also spoke to Warranty Wise and they came out about the same price as WD. Interesting thing is I mentioned cover for the crankshaft failure and they said if it's a known fault (as in LR know about it) and it has been blogged on the internet then they won't pay out.
Looks like WD are the only option for me.

With ALA I selected value of the car, but yes might be age/mileage related
So does that mean if its a known fault, and LR's own extended warranty, or no one elses will cover it, you are basically ******
how good is that

7. Brake cylinder. - Yes
8. Wishbones to suspension. - Yes
9. Leaks to sunroof drainage system. - NO

Nice one Jake. I'm about to sign up with them as well and was going to ask the same questions
Has anybody had any experience with them querying labour hours? They say that they follow the Glass's ICME guide but my local indy follow Land Rovers guide rather than using Glass's. Not sure if Land Rover have their own labour guide or if they also follow Glass's as well.
Hope that makes sense.......
On another note, I asked my Indy what experience they had of WD and they said they used to be a PITA but now they are easy to deal with and fairly straight forward which is promising.

I called my local landy specialist and they quoted £98 per hour.
I believe the WD top is around £80.
Having had an electrical problem with my old D3, it was in for three days so decided to just stump up for the unlimited labour rate cover.Last of the D4 HSE...

Yeah, WD cap at £72 inc VAT - my indy is £90 + VAT so a bit of a difference.
I'm definitely going for uncapped but it's the labour hours I'm a bit worried about. If WD stick to the Glass's guide I'm not sure how realistic that is for job times. Glass's might say, for example, 2 hours for a turbo change but in the real world it's 6 hours so WD will only stump up for 2 hours and I'll have to stump up the remaining 4.
Maybe I'm over analysing and getting worried about nothing

Have pulled the trigger and gone with WD. All bases covered except exhaust and entertainment. £1166.40 with 20% towards parts and £50 excess. If I didn't go for 20% towards parts the premium was £1750

You make the selections and it brings a price up, I then called them and went through the same and got the same price

Just tried a quote from warranty direct, looks totally different to before. To take the basic product which covers engine and transmission and add suspension comes in at £385 a year, got to be worth while I think at that price.Joined the BMWX5 45e group
