Already signed, but have to say that with over 3000 views here on the forum, and with over 25,000 members, you would have hoped the 3k mark would have been hit long before now.
I’m absolutely up there with NJSS on this as, with a friend who suffered a crank snap on a garage well maintained ‘07 disco 3, I’m a believer that this can happen to anyone and that the underlying issue is a design fault.
This thread in particular, makes for interesting reading, although I cannot vouch for its accuracy or authenticity; makes a compelling argument though!
