Going, going, gone.
All back to standard, complete with squint number plate. Just needs a hoover and, if not snowy tomorrow, a bit of a wash.

Just Larry the moose still there.

She’s off to WBAC on Monday, the bus home (SWMBO’s on strike/looking after old Toby). It’s going to be a weird day.

If you start missing Disco ownership, I don’t mind if you want to pay a few maintenance bills for me.

Yeah and FGS don't buy an FL2, you'll have nothing to moan about there too.
So what are you replacing the D4 with or are you just sticking with the Jazz?...... always on the road less travelled 🚧

It’s going to be nice only paying just over £100 for insurance, £140 a year for tax and about the same for servicing. Plus over 50mpg on petrol. Cheap as chipolattas.

Yep a sad day but having something that expensive just sitting on the drive depreciating, needing taxed, insured and maintained is just daft. Not going to be going on a RT for a long while with what we’ve got planned so it makes it a very expensive drive ornament. Plus when it comes to looking for a newer car it’ll prob be a smaller 4x4, from a make that comes at the top of the reliability tables, not the bottom.

No, all my decision, MrsD had no problem with me keeping her. Mind you, the funds are heading to “her” current account, the one I don’t have a cash card for.

Now I have a smaller car there is no way I can fit a quarter of the junk I used to lug around in the D3 & D4, never mind new torches.

Keep buying more torches and eventually you’ll need to buy another D4 to carry them all in. Simple!2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE
