tcr, I fear an age difference. As the Members would have said:
The drums are quite good, the bass is too loud and I can't hear the
words

It’s in Italian, so not much use hearing the words for many!

Just to jump back to the very start of this thread for a moment, with an extremely tenuous 'name drop'!
My job is as a lighting programmer and production electrician for theatre productions, and a theatre where I used to work for many years went through a phase of having lots of original music for their productions composed by a chap called Colin Towns - who, as well as being a brilliant jazz musician and a bloody nice chap, spent a few years as Ian Gillan's keyboard player when his solo career was at its peak.
Here's Ian with Colin on keys in the early 80s...
(Trivia - as well as playing some brilliant heavy metal keys, in a complete contrast Colin also composed the theme for the kids' TV programme "Angelina Ballerina" - those of you who had young daughters in the early 2000s will no doubt know it!)

IIRC he was a prolific writer of film music, all sorts of genres. .

Colin? Absolutely - he's done loads of TV, film and theatre composition work (stuff that people will have heard without really realising - loads of music for popular TV shows like Doc Martin and Foyle's War), as well as writing a lot of Gillan's solo stuff. His recent jazz project called Blue Touch Paper is amazing - jazz isn't to everyone's tastes, I know, but if you like that sort of thing it's well worth a listen. The German drummer that he recruited for that project, Benny Greb, is one of the most amazingly talented drummers I've ever heard.
