Well good news for those unhappy with Hermes. They're looking for thousands of new drivers... Rolling with laughter

OK, New Hermes driver today.

Sat nav sent him the wrong way, but he saw the sign I put at the end of the "wrong lane" (that the last driver ignored for 6 months) read it and drove round the correct way. Had a chat and generally sounded like "he cared", seems like a decent chap and I wish him well with his round.

Keep trying the tracking for my parcel so that I can be in for it arriving. Nothing since Saturday when it said there is a delay and it would be moved on within 24 hours....now Wednesday; do they have some sort of special time zone? Censored

Sent a parcel to my daughter in London at the beggining of April (admittedly at the start of lockdown) via Hermes - it took81days to arrive!

I had a DPD local delivery that I requested to be left in our porch, the parcel was actually left in the pouring rain outside one of our offices with no porch, helpfully they message you with a, “ rate our delivery!”

Well, today Herpes whole tracking system broke:
early on they were showing two parcels I'm expecting as "on their way", later they were "not on their system", and now one can't get to the screen to enter the tracking number due to a database problem with this ever so unhelpful error message:
this.$el.querySelector is not a function

Followed by the oh so helpful:
Quote:
Track your parcel every step of the way

And hitting the "Track a Parcel" button on the same page it's back to the top. Rinse, repeat.
