Front and rear windscreen washers not working - HELP

HI all,
My D4's front and rear washers are not working. I've checked the fuses and all fine. They stopped once before months ago and just started working after a day or so. I understand there are two pumps? One for the back and one for the front? So, is there something common between them all - such as a relay?
Any help tips or advice gratefully received.

Many thanks

There is only one pump, it rotates in two directions, one for front screen & the opposite way for the rear. I would disconnect it and check with a meter to see if the lead is live when operating the switch . If there is power its probable the pump has seized or blocked up. One can get at it behind the wheelarch liner
A second pump is for headlamp washers.

I changed the headlamp washer pump on my D3 by peeling back the inner wheel arch liner , having taken off the wheel itself.

Is the headlamp pump located in the same place at the windscreen washer pump?

windscreen and headlamp washers not working

The windscreen and headlight washers on my car have both stopped working at the same time. I have checked the fuses and swapped some of the relays around that appear to be associated with the washer system, all fuses are ok and the relays all appear to work.
As Both pumps have stopped together assume there is a common fault ie earth point or supply problem side before the fuses.

Any idea where the fault could be? i will remove the wheel arch inner tomorrow and check for power at the pump connector.

Thanks in advance for any help

GavT
