If you fill in your model details in your profile that might help as the we can see if your trying to put an HSE unit into a base model (which may not have all the wires you need so you may need to take feeds off other circuits… )
I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van... I'm not stupid!

To get the display to do anything useful the following is required:
1) The upgraded 6CD player head unit
2) The orange optical fibre connectors. All connectors must be plugged into devices, and all devices powered up.
3) You probably need to edit the car config to tell the car is has new equipment. This is done with a GAP IID £500
4) you need to power the display with the 4 wires.
pins 2 and 3 blacks to ground
Red not required.
pin 1 Blue/purple Fuse 53
pin 11 Blue (or green colour in your case) fuse 56
To get nagivation working you require:
5) The DVD drive under the passenger seat, with D3 DVD in it
6) The grey cable with blue connectors between the drive and display to show map images etc.
7) Connect 2 lots of yellow the green wires between the DVD drive and display. (for communication/touch screen inputs and audio directions)
8) 2 lots of power for the DVD Drive
9) speed MPH input (available under drivers seat) green wire
10) Antenna for car location on purple connector. In tail gate or a shark fin, or £10 ebay internal one
11) You probably need to edit the car config to tell the car is has new equipment. This is done with a GAP IID £500

rear nokia units are better (if you have the wiring)
You don't have to fit it though, but you can't leave the orange optic connector unplugged

So your car has nokia unit in the rear.
The nav wiring you have has, has nokia unit at the sides. This is dealer accessory.
I don't know enough about phone wiring to say what to do.
If the rear phone wiring is seperate, you could leave that installed too?

EDIT: Oh I dunno. Could be. Probably
You seam to have found connector C2247
pins
7,8,9 Nav Audio
4,5 control
pin 3 red supply + phone power
pin 10 blue 'Remote powerup' (fuse 58)
pin 12 nav power ? + (fuse 53)
pin 2 nav ground
Hope these connections line up with the connector you found
Do you use the phone cradle in the arm rest or bluetooth only ?
I would see if you can get the nav working first, and then cut the phone is later.

of that phone wiring from the rear, most of the wires goto the cradle. (which aren't important)
But there are a couple of reds for power pins17/18, a blue pin16 and 2 black grounds pins33/34 which need connection.
So if you can get them connected up, it stands a chance of working
