I've only just realised this.....
I have lost count of the number of cars I've had/used/driven/bought over the years with a "stupid design" rear seat belt strap tidy/retainer.
However you put the strap in, it would come out and get in the way.
Clearing the boot of my Defender to get it ready to put a sofa in, I was muttering to myself under my breath, again, about this then I noticed the seatbelt on the other side and the buckle hadn't fallen to the lowest point on the belt and then I saw 'IT'. Please tell me I have not been alone in not knowing this all these years
