the pic of them saying 2.55m is correct if nothing is in the way.
if the sensor has gone wrong ie continuous tone when selecting revers the good ones will say 2.55m and the duff ones will say 0m or it keeps changing.
if you have the bluetooth iid you can stand at the back of the car and put your hand in the way and see the values change.

Further to finding the loose plug…

I’m getting 12.10v if I put multimeter on the brown and red terminals of the car side plug behind the brake light to the sensors. It goes to 12.10v when the ignition is on. Wether I’m reverse with epb off or not?

Maybe I’m doing it wrong?

Spare plug is probably from rear music controls.

Glad you have the voltage.

Clear the codes and see if the speaker one has gone.

Also measure the resistance of old speaker. Does it measure 50R or open ?

When you first turn park brake off and then select reverse you should get a beep or error tone

Had enough now haha

Thanks again as always

Just got an eBay kit to replace

If anyone else does the same in future then the rear sensor mount is 26mm wide and the inner sensor it’s self is 22mm wide

I’ve ordered 22mm so they should slot in nice. If not flush then I’ll file the lip nicely and get a snug fit

Saves losing time I hope!
