garmin 278c maps - Morocco / Tunisia

anyone know if Garmin or anyone else pubished GPS maps for morocco

ive had a look but i can only find img file based ones

any ideas if garmin did a NA pack?

Here is the link for some Tunisian Garmin maps: http://gps.4x4travel.org/ I can load them onto my iQue3600 but don't know if they work on other Garmin GPS machine thingies.

I use http://www.tracks4africa.com/default.asp for down south and the detail is excellent - dunno how good the coverage of North Africa is

ok ill see i can convert img to the 278c format

im sure there is some tools to do so

G4 club planning a run at easter to moroc

use nroute or mapsource, you need an 'installer' first like mapinstall...

I can confirm the topo and auto maps on this site for Tunisia will load into the 278c and work fine

same for the morroco maps linked from the same pages... also

Just install and use mapsource to load them into the device.
