Just want to say big thanks to Guy Salmon Sheffield. (expecially Alex in Service dept.)
Bluetooth phone unit developed a fault last week, they took it in within days and diagnosed a faulty phone ECU. they also did the winter check of fluids for £10 (OK it's basic but i did not have the time and it was only a tenner).
Took the car in this morning to have replacement phone ECU fitted, start to finish only half an hour, whilst i watched their TV .
As an added bonus I now have phonebook over bluetooth as well 8)
No hassle, no trouble, just very good customer service. I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

That's good to hear.
My past experiences with GS Sheffield (Sales) has been very poor to say the least!

When i bought my D3 from them a couple of years ago, the sales staff were in my opinion very helpful and sorted me out with a very good deal.
I have noticed that in the last 12 months or so, there seems to be a different feel to the showroom/sales side of things, less keen to talk properly to actual or prospective customers. The guy who i dealt with is no longer there, and the newer sales staff seem to think they are doing you a favour by allowing you to even look at the cars
The service side of things at present are good for me, and as i don't anticipating changing soon the sales side is not a major concern to me - YET I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.
