just been of phone to dealer charles hurst belfast whom ive had loads of problems with throught my last 10 months of owner ship and in general bad service and generally unhelpful d3 back in with yet more suspension problems and a sticky fuel filler flap.robert the service manger informs me that i need new compresser and cable and both are covered by lr warenty and they noticed that antirollbar bushes [covered]need done rear bulb need replace and oil need topped up and front tyres are near the markers and for £23 they wud put on new air suspension filter with no labour charge.i was speeachless at all the other bits they had noticed. whats happened they have never been that helpful even said they will have me back on road tommorrow, only difference i can see is that i couldnt get a cover car due to short notice of booking, should i do this next time or are they finally improving there service? if it aint broke dont fix it

Hi Nags
I get my D3 serviced by TP Topping @Enniskillen and they have been very good. They are a smaller dealership than Charles Hurst but seem to look after their customer base.
Even though I live a bit away from them, if I book early enough they will drop off another vehicle while they take my D3 for service.
Maybe give then a try in the future.

In my dealings with CH - almost all servicing work - they have been exemplary in doing just what was needed - technically they are very good.
You have to define bad service:
....did they not do something they should have or do something incorrectly?
- in both cases things like this shouldn't happen on warranty work or on work you pay for
.....what was their reaction when you pointed errors or any omissions out? its how these are handled that differentiates dealers.
...I doubt if they are short of work as lots of work there from PSNI Land Rovers. BREXIT - done properly.
