The length of the handover depends on how much effort the salesman wants to put in regarding explaining all the controls etc.

Have a good look around the bodywork, there is a lot of it to get damaged in the dealers car park Wink

Enjoy!!!

Should be an hour, minimum, but whatever else, if the guy is good, and knows his stuff, listen to what he says, its worth it. The vehicle has lots of interesting stuff on it, despite you just wanting to get off the forecourt and drive it !

Because enjoy it you will !

There should be a handover sheet listing all the relevant points the salesman should show you, IIRC you have to sign it - it's part of LR's quality control programme.
I still remember the slight frustration during the 90 minute handover as I just wanted to get in and drive with a huge Very Happy on my face, even with the knowledge amassed on here, there's no substitute for being shown round your new ride Wink

Collected mine on Sept 19th last year and it took ages (or seemed like it!!). Twas worth the wait though. Very Happy Very Happy

When you get your invite to the off road experience, take it up. You won't be disappointed. The Disco will do things and go places that will amaze you, even on ordinary road tyres!
