Blimey! A joke doesn't half lose it's impact when it has to be explained.......

There is only ONE slot for the MULTI CD player, they've said they put 6 CD's into ONE SLOT, therefore Winger says it must be broken.
When we all know that the 6 CD multichanger is a SINGLE slot feed mechanism, only it just has the SINGLE slot to feed them into & the mechanics behind it put them in the 6 CD carrier positions....

i.e. it's NOT BROKEN..... Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry Rolling Eyes Whistle

Wink

I think he means that there isn't actually a six disc changer on the D4 HSE doesn't he because of the iPod/USB gubbins.

I absolutely agree with DSL, the gray looks cheap. Evil or Very Mad I think the premium leather is a bit darker (at least it is in the e-brochure), or is this the premium pack? Plus the center console bit looks too gray compared to the rest of the fascia. Confused Reminds me of the first D3's: centre bit too gray, changed in 2008 onwards to dark black.
My only hope is that the photo make the colors look faded out. Please tell me it is so!

i think i prefer the D3 cabin in ebony rather than the new D4 one; the d4 interior suits the almond much better .

All models, not just the HSE, have a single CD player.

The limited choice of seats/interiors makes the choice a bit of a difficult one. For me, the almond seats are a non-starter, so there is only one choice and I have gone for the ebony interior. I like the arabica bits, and it is just a shame that some sort of dark brown leather isn't an option, as that would have been my first choice.

agreed brown leather would work well with the d4 interior..particularly with stornoway on the outside..

If...

ACE (active cornering enhancement) has been brought back it will make the move to a D4 worthwhile....ace was a really good system.
What wont make me buy one (just yet) is the lack of standard fit items on an HSE
in fact I wish the difference between HSE & model below was easy to understand.....HSE in Land Rover speak used to mean top of the range...all mod cons
 BREXIT - done properly.
Right now ...We need Government - not Politics
Save the Dipstick Flagbearer-keep it simple, less likely to fail campaign-agenda items:Starting Handles, Acetylene Lamps.
Founder: Dipsticks-R-Us Inc
D3 HSE-perfectly formed, passenger friendly...has real DIPSTICK
Jag XK-but sadly no DIPSTICK...HUGE design fault
FL2 has DIPSTICK..."real comfort in rear seats"
VW Golf wondermobile (?)..has real DIPSTICK
Morris Minor..original DIPSTICK technology..and a real KEY.

It's not Grey Leather!!!!!

As far as I know, the D4 doesn't have the option of grey for a start! it's just a poor quality photograph that has washed out the black leather, probably used flash and its overexposed.

The black interior looks VERY nice indeed, much nicer than the Almond interior, I've seen 2 in the flesh so I can comment from knowledge and not guesswork from pictures!
