| My Disco's coming - Well most of it! |

Good news - I got the call from the dealer today to say that my grey D4 HSE is on its way from the factory. 
Bad News - I'm only now getting told that the A-frame, driving lamps and brackets should maybe be available for the end of the year. 
I've had 3 FFRRs and a D3 before now, and EVERY time they do something like this.
Has anyone else heard of this particular delay?
(Good News is that I did manage to get one of the last multi-camera kits, before they stopped them  )

Yes, I know I was lucky with the cameras, but I've got a good dealer relationship, so they swapped around with another dealer. It was touch and go for a while on the cameras.
Their paperwork date for the order was 13th September.
There's a few accessories and a winch to fit, plus my reg transfer, so I'm expecting delivery to me Fri. 23rd Oct.
6 weeks is not so bad for factory spec'd delivery - its the further 8 to ? weeks for the other stuff that annoys me. Ron Dunbar

Ron - sounds as if you have a good dealer there Perhaps they should be named in this thread for giving good service?, just as members name & shame those dealers that fall short of acceptable standards

Indeed, as Ecosse says, give credit where it is due. I think by mid-September, cameras were a no longer an option. Can't recall the exact date that it appeared, but it is on here somewhere!
