He looked like one of those keep fit types, you know, like a gym instructor or tennis coach maybe.
Nice pictures BTW. Where-abouts in Swaledale? I know the area well.

Snow again! Drove back from t'North to find serious snowfall starting 30 miles from home. Roads chaos - people leaving cars everywhere. Drove smugly home with snow mode and HDC - steady as a rock.
Then went to pick up my police daughter from her late shift - no chance of her getting her car out of the car park. And I wasn't about to tow it 15 miles ... This morning found out that most of her colleagues slept the night at the police station!
The D4 is a fantastic car!Paul

Ride for Afgan Heros
Self, Mrs & the kid out for a drive in the D4 (seeing lambs being born and visiting the pony)
Came across the Ride for Afghan Heroes. Truly awesome (and I mean that in the non American way) - really amazing. You may see it on the news but you'll never understand the scale of 500+ bikes going past your car.
Overal there were 10k+ bikes going out in 400 to 600 blocks then a break and then another block.
Wow! Full respect!

I drove through a big puddle..........
..........with the sun roof open
Fortunately I was driving
The rear passengers received some 'facial moisturising'
Can't believe how quickly water splashes up onto the screen for such a high vehicle

Tow bar, full length roof bars, side steps, tow bar storage unit, surround camers.

Afterwards I got the suspension in super extended mode by using the original jack to fool the computer; then I installed mud flaps.
- in retrospect it might have been smarter to install mud flaps first, then go for a drive in the forest.
