Which D3 accessories fit the D4
First official D4 post! 8)
Started elsewhere, but thought we'd try and build up a list of D3 stuff which will fit the D4 and which won't
And vice versa (when we know)
Definite problem items identified:
Front Lamp Guards, Mantec Guard
Possible problem items:
A-Bar
Driving Lamps (mounts only, I think t he space for the switch is still there on the dash)
Going the other way...
Obviously wheelarches (same as MY09) and rear lamps look OK. The biggy that people are going to want will be front grill/lights/bumper - someone needs to get the tape measure out on those front wingsSteve N | 21MY Defender | 08MY Discovery 3 (history) | 06MY Discovery 3 (ancient history)

Looks like my investment in 17" wheels may only be for the retro market!

DISCO3DISCO4.CO.UK sticker should still fit on the rear window I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Side rubbing strips?
They should fit ok, but may look strange in plain old-fashioned unpainted plastic
I've been thinking about the front lamp protectors (assuming they will make some) - they could end up being quite an interesting design to avoid covering the LEDs....2006 Discovery 3 TDV6 SE AutoBuckingham Blue 2007 Golf GT DSG

would you think the NEW style A bar might have the air bag in it for pedestrians............................I would hope most would be transferable except the light guards n Mantec. Sure RLD will crack the new design
i had a chat with a guy the other day that said A Bars are going to be illegal on all cars very soon...something about more european legislation coming in
This was not someone at LR but someone else who's sort of in the know
Maybe they will not release an A bar for the D4TLO has left the building.......

And the beauty of this site is that someone will find a way of fitting one I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.
