Rock sliders protect the bottom of the sill tree sliders protect the side and most important on a De3 the doors at the bottom edge

Like I said, you ask here, you look here ,you look on google, you look on other forums - no real answer.

I would say that anything that hugs the Sill is a sill protector. This could also be classed as a slider (as it enables sliding over terrain whilst saving the cars 'shell').

This could also have the guise of a bar to stop the car falling against a tree, rock or rut.

I not out to prove anything wrong, just a general concensus would be good to clear things up!!!

Neil, despite being called Rock Sliders in the 2nd photo they are what most who know about such things would call Tree Sliders

Rock sliders primarily protect just the sills, Tree sliders will typically do the same and help protect the side of the vehicle too by pushing it away from tree's etc. (Then there's Tree bars but they just protect the sides, not that you're likely to see them fitted to a D3/4 any time soon)

As far as I can tell (from posts on the site and your own website) what you sell currently are Rock sliders
