Funnely eniough ive just fitted a Webasto remote T91 kit today, i think it would all be working by now execpt my remote is faulty so ive not managed it yet.
Im not sure about the timed part as yet because i see that the fctory option has a different set of coolant hoses and a extra valve assembly fitted.
Ill know more when a new remote arrives, ive just orderd one from germany along with a better aerial so its all down to the postage times now.

I have a heated wheel, just need to get it working
If you already have the wheel can you not just fit it along with the new wheel switch needed for the on/off and possibily a clockspring with the extra 2 wires, there is no CCF edit needed for this functionality.
Have a look in the CJB at fuse 20 i think it should be a 10A fuse, this is the 12V feed for the steering wheel module.
If that is there you can then look if you need the new clock spring to carry the feed to the wheel, if you remove the airbag you will or wont have this 3rd connector on the clock spring at the rear of the wheel.

This makes an interesting possibility. A D4 steering wheel on a D3.
With aftermarket stereo you could program the buttons for a steering wheel contol module to control all the extra controls. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

Thanks Pete, very kind!
Just another quick one - With all the wheel options. I have the cruise and radio control, but no phone. So which wheel would be most likely? I can't really see an option for it! I would I just need to buy one with phone controls and not use them?
Thanks, James2014 D4 XS
