Right dealer has looked at them are some have swollen
Recommend replace all 16 at £4.83 each. Is this a known issue ?

U could try and say should be covered under warranty if you still have that facility but otherwise not much choice. Cure for swollen nuts is a reduction in swelling of the wallet.
Group buy from TLO as many D3s from couple of years onwards will have this issue???
PS while you're at it replace the POS locking nut before it fails and leaves u well up the creek!
