I've test driven both and I must say, the V8 is great. My head says TDV6, but my heart says V8.

I had exactly the same dilemma with the D3......
And then I followed my heart.....

If you are the kind of guy who will, after buying the tdv6, be looking at every D3 you pass to see if it's a V8, then go buy one yourself. If your wallet allows, why not?
