How to unblock rear washer jet?

Hi,

Can anybody advise how to get rear washer jet functioning again?
Mine is blocked- dont think frozen as fronts work OK.
Washer pump motor is running, but nothing comes out.
I have no idea where the bottle is actually located. Some info would be really helpful as to where to detach pipe to put an airline and blow!
(Car was in at Stealers for coolant bottle/sensor swap a couple of weeks back and I think they were the culprits...never worked since then)

Many thanks in advance.

(I have tried searching the forum for clues, but to no avail)

Robin.

England

Bottle is same one for front and lights, pump is same one for fronts, ( separate pump for headlights) bottle behind front bumper area follow spout down.

you could try cleaning jet with a nozzle cleaner.

It could still be frozen, It's a bit higher than the front ones, but more importantly - it hasn't got a nice big hot engine directly beneath it Whistle

It's probably froxen in the pipe goin to the back. It's right up against the outside of the car, so won't thaw until the inside of the vehicle has been warm for quite a while.

Put some very hot water in the tank and after pulling the lever for about 10 minutes repeatedly, some godawful gunk came out. About a cupful, not an egg cup btw. Wont say what it looked like but will say it just looks like rear of the car has been in a porno film....

Thanks for the replies- at least I did not have to take the bumper off in the big outdoor freezer...
