Motorway Cruising Lowered Suspension

Hi all,

Probably a stupid question but can you cruise on the motorway with the suspension lowered?

Thanks.

You can cruise at the lowered high-speed height (-20mm) at any speed with a Llams kit fitted.

This feature lowers the suspension ride height
by 20mm, if the vehicle exceeds 160 km/h
(100 mph) for longer than five seconds. This
action is automatic and cannot be over-ridden.
Ride height will return to normal when vehicle
speed remains below 130 km/h (80 mph) for 30
seconds

I rode Jon O Groats - Lands End for charity last Sept, I think I hit 160 kph going down Shap Shocked and I think I was shorter by 20mm afterwards.

I tried once in Germany, but for a short time, did not feel any adverse effect, but like a said it was short burst.
You still have 10mm to go before access height, not much, but probably ok if the road is smooth and straight, if road rough and lots of bends you probably won't be running that fast.
Anyway, limits around here are 120 Km/h, so not really a problem.

If you plan on running for long above 160Km/h, it probably better to set the suspension to normal height
