Read the What Car article at the weekend and as the study was performed in the USA it is the petrol version of the D3 that is better than a Prius. A diesel version of the D3 with it's lower CO2 emissions would be even further above the Prius.

I tried to phone in the Jeremy Vine show today, I wanted to ask the Tory leader for his comments on this.
Sadly could not get through
