As some may recall from this previous thread, (http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic6046.html), I had a post enhancement problem with a very rough idle on the morning start-up. In fact, it reminded me of starting my first Ford Escort It only lasted for about 10sec, but if my neighbour was watching / listening, then I would get a smart-a$$ comment abouot a £40k motor...
Furthermore, I had an issue with the throttle response which had the equivalent delay as a message from Jupiter.....
Guess What.......
Both issues have completely disappeared since re-installing the TC 8)
LR say the uneven idle is most likely caused by poor fuel and is not a warranty issue. Perhaps they should have a little read of this above. Same Car, Same Fuel, NO ROUGH IDLE
As for throttle response......

Sounds like the enhancement install didn't go as it should, and the TC reinstall has overwritten the previous glitch.

I agree my enhancement was reinstalled and solved cold start, crap fuel economy and gear change delays. Said it had a corrupted software file so reinstalled the lot, fixed problem.
My suspension had also gone soft again, but TC won't fix that. “There are only three sports: bullfighting, motor racing, and mountaineering; all the rest are merely gamesâ€

No they didn't. I read it on one of TFC's posts that there was a LR TSB somewhere about it.
No need to try Kentdale then - are they not the same company???

TC stands for "TurboChip" I do believe 21 year LR veteran > D2 GS 2003 > D3 S 2006 > D3 HSE 2009 > D4 HSE 2013 > D4 HSE 2015 > D5 HSE 2018 > DS HSE R-Dynamic P300e 2021
