Help needed with suspension issue. Sorry D4 will copy there.

D4 has a funny "sidestep" at the rear when going through a ditch or over a hump. Wheel alignment was done, it was better for a short while and then came back. Tyres fitted new and still there. Any ideas where to start looking, dealer insist that it is alignment Confused Car is a 2009 TDV6 SE. White MY2011 SDV6 HSE
