I know of a member on here "geoff."who simply uses 1 additional LR roof bar to even the load of an Eazi Awn roof tent! Works great and minimal hassle and easily removed!

great feedback guys, thanks..! might as well get my monies worth - see some great tents on here - any recommendations on ones to avoid etc ..?
Was looking at LRO this month & tests a Myway Serengeti - seems to test well & cheaper than the EEzi & Hannibals. Im looking for 2 adults & 2 small kids so didnt think the Clamshells would be big enough..
It a lot of money to get wrong..!
Dont you think there should be a D3 forum (thingy) for everything in life.?

Howling moon, hannibal or easi awn are probably the best, ive heard mixed reviews of the Myway, early ones leaked.
If it were my money, keep an eye on the bay for one of the 1st 3."you cannot teach stupid people to do clever things"

I've got a RoofLodge ext. which is similar to the ARB one
thinner material than Howling Moon (windy conditions...) but dries a lot faster
for half the price and made it through Scotland
