as much as i think the product may be a good one and i do think it may well be i can't read the web page you have linked its in dutch i think, so may i suggest you get it over to an english version so we can read about the product and make our own judgement on it.
ps I've googled TSL and all i come up with in english is THROAT SQUEAL LIQUID

You said it can be added to the FUEL as well.
