Hi before i put the mvs2 on disco has anybody got any ideas on this.- Red handbrake light flashing, pull the handbrake switch up can hear actuator working but no handbrake, fault code is that motor not working but i can hear it working!

fault code is C1A43.
put msv2 on tried to put it to latching position (as I did use emergency pull cord) but failed to invalid conditions.
