Shocked

Nice to have it laid out in primary school terms though - never done it so I didn't realise:-

a. 12 seconds to blast-off
b. need the key in the cap to re-fit it.

I think I would have worked it out Laughing but now I KNOW Very Happy

...and knowledge is POWER

I haven't checked all the LR sites, in the past I found great Vids from LR italy, LR australia etc. I was hoping for updated when I found those and thought great for those that either dont want to waste time reading or just not mechanically minded.

should this site not list such useful vids for us non-mechanical types??

My remote keys both fail and also the manual way (as shown in the video) brings no result. The door stays locked. Does anyone have a clue what might be wrong?

Ah but what if the manual is inside the locked car?

Joost - a flat battery? What does the third button on your remote do/not do? (Mine puts the headlights / reversing lights on - a good way to check for a non-door-lock function...

Andrew

PS - Anyone! - How WOULD you get in if the battery is 100% flat?

OH, yes!

But if it's programmed to alter the suspension height, since you need to get inside to put the hazards on Shocked before it WILL, then you can't use it to check the battery performance of a VERY locked car!

Hence my question - what does the third button currently (normally) do?

How often have you assembled a D3 with one cranked Allen key? Rolling with laughter
