Dom, what's the functionality on this? Does it allow you access the iPod menu and functions via the main audio controls? I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

It will also accept USB connected MP3 devices up to 2Gb and looks like it will play video on the nav screen with the hybrid TV option 8)
The only down side (for some) is that the cradle appears to be mounted where the auxiliary lighting switch is fitted - presumably this is so that access to playlist and other functions is close to (driving) hand...

If it follows Apple's guidelines for Dock Connector support it should support it. The new nano has an off centre connector which is probably why it won't (physically) support it currently.
Think about it... the Universal Dock you can buy is adapted to work with all iPod's only by adding the correct dock adaptor that changes the size and shape of the surrounding plastic around the dock connector.
Software is not an issue as its the same at this level.

80Gb is identical in every way to 60Gb (apart from the obviously bigger HD) so I see no reason why it won't work
Gotta get me one of these, it'll free up a cup holder The End
