Thats the nature of this forum Therso 8) We waffle on and on and often go off topic, but that's the way we like it.
WRT washer fluid, I use the Halfords Concentrated stuff in a 50/50 mix. Never frozen on me, even in France last year at sub minus 20.
BTW, I think the washer fuse is uprated from 10 to 15 amp  I might be wrong, but mine has a 15 in it.
A good tip is to glue a piece of string to the new fuse before you fit it, then you can retrieve it easily when you drop it.
