Well fitting my new lower front wish bones today  and sorting out the  EPB hope i can go round corners after without dash lights flashing at me -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.

Well new front lower wish bones fitted they were well also fitted new EPB shoes , bit of a to fit but sorted now , just got to do the bedding in thing  i think my D3 has been rebuilt now   -------------------------------------------------

i have never done bedding in after shoes replacement and as long as you adjust them correct they would be fine

Stew, If I was you I would also replace all the heater motors etc behind the dashboard

Did you have to remove the drive shafts ? As it states in the Haynes manual . I have mine to do Club N.E.R.D.S

You have to remove the driveshaft from the hub end and support it to get the bottom ball joint out (it goes in from the top and the driveshaft obstructs its removal)

You dont need to remove the driveshafts from the diff end, only the hub end. And tie it up out the way so the CV joint does not fall out of the inner joint My D3 Build Thread
