Ship to NZ? I would have thought it might be a bit expensive, but if you want to get them there it's possible. There are two rules for success,

You might want to hang on for a few weeks, Mk3 is due out soon(ish). Can't be more specific, but had a text from Carl a couple of weeks ago saying that he would be ready to have a look at the Mk3 in April. There are two rules for success,

Registered my interest but will depend on how the doors seal, I'm not wanting to change the seals so would buy if the sliders are designed to ensure a snug seal with the factory fitted parts.2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto

Forgot all about these. I ended up buying Bodsy's bars
The bars now extend to the same point as the outside surface of the door handle as can be seen in the photographs with a plumb-line:
The price if 10 or more sets are purchased is £200 delivered, or £180 if collected.
As far as the build is concerned; are they as good as Prospeed? No, but then they don't cost £700. Are they worth £200? definitely.
In one aspect they do improve over Prospeed in that they extend underneath to cover all of the sill, whereas the Prospeeds leave about 30mm if the bottom innermost sill exposed.
The bottom seals on the door leave about a 5mm gap at the end and 8mm in the middle. However, I'm not sure exactly what those seals are for since the doors themselves are double sealed to give a watertight finish. You could easily fit a 10mm rubber or nylon strip (I costed these at about £10 per set from nylon) to give the seals something to close onto. There are two rules for success,

I'm not in, having treated myself to a set of prospeed ones, but I'd suggest to the waverers that at least something is well worth it. I was reversing out of a spot in Devon a couple of days ago, concentrating on the car on my right - and forgot the large but invisible wooden stump on the left that was 3' high..... a loud and somewhat sickening crunch led me to curse gently, go forwards, and SWMBO leapt out, looked around, and then looked puzzled. I went round to her side with heart in mouth, to find no scratches, marks, dents or anything, just some mud rubbed off the Prospeed slider..... It paid for itself in that instant.....
