Recirculate Lever Lubricate

Introduction
Does your D3/LR3 make a muted squeak/farting noise when the air con is on/you operate the recirculate button?
The recirculate valve lever requires lubricating.
There is an official Land Rover fix detailed in TSB LTB00103, fitting a new actuator rod, but it requires the entire dash to be removed!
