Very stiff suspension
Hello. Immediately I apologize for my English, use a translator from Google. I welcome you on behalf of the Russian Forum LR-club. For a year we struggle with the problem of a rigid suspension, and can not solve it. Suspension is not amortized minor irregularities, and the car rides like no depreciation. Every seam, every hill gives a blow to the body. Have now been replaced all pneumatic rack, all three valve assemblies, the height of all the sensors, the problem is how owners Hitachi compressor and compressor AMC. The software of all units is updated. SDD shows no errors. At the time of the suspension enters into hard mode, the engine lost thrust. Bad reaction to the gas pedal, brake bad starts, and poor handling. After resetting the adaptation engine, suspension returns to normal operation for 1-2 days, but then everything returns. The problem occurs in both versions of the diesel and petrol have. We do not understand in what direction to dig. We hope for your help. Help us please.

Do fault lights come up on the dashboard?

No. Not on the instrument panel, or diagnostics, does not show any errors. But the suspension and the engine lives his life. Is there a connection between them, when the suspension becomes rigid, once the engine lost thrust. But one of them pulls another for an unknown. No errors, stiff suspension, the engine is no traction.

Potentially a fuel pressure problem, either the high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) or the low pressure side.

I petrol Disco 3, but the problem also occurs on diesel cars. Before the suspension, and the engine starts to work better in the rain or after washing. That theoretically indicates a problem with the wiring, but I've already checked all the cables, all connectors - all perfectly. Just sometimes the problem goes away or appear after posting the vehicle, but not always.
The entire suspension is a new, all height sensors, dampers, valves. Can a sensor on the engine to give such an effect?
The strange thing that there are no errors

Ok, I did not realise we were trying to diagnose multiple vehicles at once. That would be a bit beyond me.
Good luck.

Does the the car drop on the suspension when it goes 'hard'?
Does the engine always go faulty at the same time?
Does the engine always work ok the rest of the time?
Does the suspension raise and lower properly when it is not 'hard'?

No, the car is not falling.
In 90% of cases, stiffer suspension entails a loss of traction. Before the engine, suspension and working moments. For example, normal day, hard day. Now, hard times.
In moments of poor performance, the suspension goes up and down, all work modes TR.
For a while, it helps reset adaptations of all the blocks, but then everything returns. In motor fuel offsets everything is normal. In a sense, when the suspension and the engine is normal, the car is slightly lower than when it is hard. The longest normal operation was 4 days, after calibration of the suspension. But then again, everything returned = (
What was done:
1) Calibration suspension
2) Update the software blocks the air suspension (RLM), motor (PCM), boxes (TCM), razdatki (TCCM), rear differential motor (RDCM), the instrument cluster (IPC).
3) A new front valve block
4) A new rear valve block
5) A new valve block receiver
6) Install the unit suspension from another vehicle, reprogrammed suspension calibrated
7) sets the lateral acceleration sensor from another vehicle
8) Checks torque bolts to the exhaust manifold heads, it also checks whether the pads are not flogged - all ok
9) established four new rack assembly with bellows
10) sets a new four height sensor, calibrated suspension
11) A new compressor
12) established a new knock sensors
13) Inspect visually and cleaned sensors PCM, EGR, MAF, MAP
14) is toe-installing suspension mode tolerances
No Results = (
Have your forum event of failure of the air suspension unit?
Theoretically, if the fault can affect the suspension of the engine?
