send it ST and see what reply you get your change worked. After making a change you will only know its changed once it sends you a status after you ask for one by sending ST a few mins after the command.
This is because you may be sending a series on commands and once finished you will then issue one ST to check all are done and accepted. Hope that makes sence.
That said if customers feel they want a status message after every command we can do this no problem. please advise ?
It has plenty or credit play as much as you like.

I see.
I tried to ST once again but no response in 10 minutes.
Anyway, I think that for setup commands like target temperature, phone numbers etc, you dont need an instant feedback. But for a FIRE! command there should be always a confirmation (aye aye, sir!) D3 LE James Cook, 2,7 TDV6 auto

For the purpose of this forum exercise and so I can see better whats happening I have asked my "Tame Programmer" to change the firmware of which is now live on our test rig so after every config change sent in a status reply will be sent out.
This will then let people see their config changes made when playing so save them sending ST to see if it has changed. It may be an option in the final firmware if people really want it.

Hi Pete
Had another little go and do prefer to get a status message after each command.
Cheers
