Rear electric windows

Hi. The rear door windows on my 09 Disco 3 TDV6 will only work after I've been driving for about 15 mins. After that they are fine until the ignition is turned off and on again then its another 15 min wait. I've had it checked and it's not the switches or motors. Has anybody else come across this?
