no but there is no squeaks, rattles, it is consistent, hasnt fallen off and doesnt need locktite to keep the bolts where they should be
but back on topic.... Im hoping there will be an improved LED option on the table by the time the rear bulbs go again. 2004 TDV6 HSE Auto Zambezi Silver

Again, why LEDs?? If the brake lights are popping bulbs, are they not also killing the LEDs or is that the reason. Please do not make me read the whole thread, life's toooooo short!

LEDs last a lot longer, use less power and in theory will give better visibility/light although some on this thread are commenting otherwise. hence Im hoping someone identifies the best setup before mine need renewing.2004 TDV6 HSE Auto Zambezi Silver

You missed out a word - LEDs should last a lot longer......power is not an issue in a car (which produces far more power that it can use) and LEDs are not necessarily brighter - note the cluster arrangement for these bulbs, in order to pass legal limits. The one thing that they do, though, is produce a much whiter light.
However, they don't always last longer, either. I replaced the front sidelight bulbs for LEDs. They looked much better with the zenons. However, one has failed completely, and the other was showing signs. They weren't cheap either. I've switched back to the old fashioned technology.

Doh! this is at the point of ordering, dealers won't know any more than you whether what you've ordered is going to be reliable or not irrespective of whether they are good or bad dealer. 2004 Discovery 3 - gone
