I had this a few years back, totally confusing and no traceable cause.
Cleared after switching off everything, waiting for 10 then restarting.
I then noticed my reversing aid system starting to misbehave, this progressed to worse over several days then failed entirely.
I attributed (tentatively, it was never proved) the hazards misbehaviour to bad data or bad signals propagating along wiring or bus from the failing reversing aid electronics.
