No, it looks like 255/50/20 and the tyres are either Michelin Latitude X-ICE North or possibly Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 SUV. But none of these will be standard on the vehicle, just optional for winter.
So the wheel is a standard L405 FullFatRR wheel. Hope the final product more originates from the L405 rather than the smaller L494. We'll see.
Anyway, looks to be good size.

And you who wants the split tailgate or even opening tailgate window can start to get over it, it's not happening!
And I belive the stepped roofline, if any of it will be kept have moved back from the second row to the third row. But by the looks it can be gone completely to give room for a panoramic glass roof.

Rear doors seems to go deep into the C-pillar, and also fairly square in the upper rear corner, to give wider access to third row.
So all in, it will very much be a 7-seated Range Rover 8)

Just coz they are on the prototype doesn't mean they'll be on the real thing. Piles & piles of wheels & tyres to choose from in various yards in Gaydon.

True, however based on the fact the D4 HSE and LUX/Landmark now come with 20" rims as standard, my gut feeling is that the new D5 will have 20" rims as the smallest size.
Will be delighted to be proved wrong though. 2006 D3 HSE (Original & still the best)-GONE

Not at all sure how you can tell that from the photo, but I dare say that ruining one of the best features of the car and saving me from the cost of being tempted to change will help me to "get over it" soon enough! 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2
2015 - 2017: 2 x D4

I think a split tailgate is possible. Look at the disguise and you can see a line all the way across below the number plate. Just like on the split tailgate L405:

How many lives shattered. How much blood will spill, until everybody does what they were always going to have to do from the very beginning: SIT DOWN AND TALK!"

Yes, I've stared at that line too. And IF it comes with a split tailgate it will be at that line, can't see it beeing any higher up as others suggested.
Hope I'm wrong and it comes with it
Some more spy photos would help. Keep your cameras/phones ready
