Big Cry It's just very, very sad....

Sad that I can't get new V8 D3 any more and by the sounds of things soon unlikely I'll be able to have V8 LR of any sorts.

Permission for bottom lip to quiver Sir?

But have you heard it? It's the V8 sound that's as important as the oomph.

Record your current engine sound and then listen to it on your iPod when you get a diesel... simulate accelerating by turning up the volume Thumbs Up

I know. Took a full fatty TDV8 out for a test drive myself and it was 8) , but not sure if I'm ready to go full fat yet and unless the 09MY rumours are correct regarding TDV8's appearance in the D3 I'm at a bit of a loss. Sad

Dropping the petrol version would reduce the maximum g/km they have to quote in adverts from 354 to 270 a 24% reduction.
