2012 Discovery 4 3.0 SDV6 HSE Auto Fuji White

The next project I have planned is to make my own spare wheel carrier for my D4.

The first step for me what to locate a suitable hinge and found this one. Bought the Mega Duty version just to be safe. http://www.atozfabrication.com/store/produ...amp;page=1

Now the next step is to get my materials together and have a request from you guys.

Can the guys that have spare wheel carriers take some photos of their carriers and maybe include dimensions, measurements etc?

Been a little bad with updates on my build thread.

Some recent changes:

- Wheels have been powder-coated matt black
- Spare Wheel Carrier has been fitted
- Dual battery system has been fitted
- Hannibal 2.4m Awning fitted - See photos below

have you replaced the grill spot lights? they look smaller than the originals you fitted

thoughts on the spare wheel carrier?

location of second battery?

On a more serious note, did moving the spare wheel to the back not make the vehicle tail-happy?

No problem at all, looks like you have had your hands full. It was your grill spotlight bracket but don't think I will require then any longer thanks, RUSSELL is getting quote to potentially do a GB with his dimensions.
